Part 8:
"g's" Gear-Checklist
For a 5-Day Trip to Rocky Mt. Natl. Park (Revised 8/03)

G-WeB is proud to present "g's" Gear Checklist for a 5-day Backpacking Trip (to Rocky Mt. Natl. Park - 8/03). As the Boys get closer to August, "g" will update and refine his gear, clothing and food (personal and community) lists. This year, he's committed to (really) having the lightest pack among the guys... 35-lbs!

REMEMBER:

(1) The Gear Checklist includes some of the clothing (e.g., sweater, jacket, etc.) you might wear on Day One of your backpacking trip. At the time of this writing, I'd expect about 4-lbs of Community gear/food and about 6-lbs. of personal food.

(2) Hydration: Always carry an extra hydration bladder for longer hiking days and in case your primary bladder becomes unusable.
