6/01 PRACTICAL UPDATE:


HAVING PLAYED AROUND  WITH  SOME OF THESE DEYDRATED MEALS… HERE'S SOME NEW THOUGHTS:


Pasta: Boil H2O, remove from heat, add pasta. You'll need to add H20 to replace absorbed H2O and reheat water for quicker rehydration.


Hash Browns: Use 3-4 tablespoons of margarine. On the trail… The hash browns never got crispy on the flipped side. I loved them, though!


Spaghetti Sauce: Don't forget… Keep stirring on low heat and add H20 to increase quantity!
